Gold Estates Holdings congratulates our partner Richard Noble & Company on reaching their 100 year anniversary.

Richard Noble & Company is one of Western Australia’s oldest family businesses and is celebrating 100 years of operation as a successful property developer.

In 1913 the company was appointed Manager of Gold Estates’ Perth property portfolio and together we have played an integral role in helping to establish some of Perth’s best-known suburbs including Mount Lawley and Maylands, and some of the most successful modern residential communities including Bull Creek and Leeming. Today we work together creating communities at Eden Green in Hammond Park and Magnolia Gardens in Thomsons Lake.

Richard Noble & Company was established by the late Richard Noble in 1913. It was the beginning of a family tradition. Richard Noble guided the company’s growth for 35 years before handing over to his son-in-law, Alec Gregg, in 1948. Alec Gregg managed the company until his sudden passing in 1963 – the company’s 50th year of operation. Michael Gregg was appointed Managing Director following his father’s death. He held the position until retiring in 1996 when his son, Alex Gregg, was appointed Managing Director (Alex is also a Non-Executive Director of Gold Estates Holdings Pty Ltd).

Today Richard Noble & Company is a full-service family-owned property firm, providing services in property asset management, sales and marketing, joint ventures, project management and commercial property services.
